- Fixed fee, banded by company size. Fixed-scope projects are quoted after the Review.
A senior technical leader, part-time
Monthly retainers and fractional-CTO leadership for companies whose dev team has no one above it. I attend the meetings that matter, review the decisions, and say no when needed.
